Forager — RF Asset Intelligence Platform

The flagship product. Mobile app for field techs, cloud backend, admin dashboard, and CMDB integration. Forager turns ambient Wi-Fi and BLE signals into compliance-grade asset location records — no beacons, no readers, no building changes required. A tech confirms an asset's location as a side effect of work they're already doing.

  • Survey once — Forager learns the RF fingerprint of every room
  • Open the app, scan barcodes — each scan writes a timestamped compliance record
  • Mismatch detection flags CMDB drift automatically — asset not where it should be? Forager catches it
  • Confirmations push to ServiceNow or any webhook-capable CMDB within seconds
  • Full audit trail with JSON and HTML export on demand
  • BYOD — works on any Android phone, no VPN or corporate network required
  • Optional: deploy on IT-managed devices via your standard enterprise app approval process — no unusual permissions or network access required

Forager Rounds — EC Inspection Rounds You Can Prove

Environment of Care inspection rounds on the Forager platform. Every inspection of a fire extinguisher, exit light, eyewash station, AED, fire door, or med gas outlet is a tamper-evident attestation — barcode scan, photo, RF room fingerprint, and dual timestamps. Checkbox rounding apps record answers; Forager Rounds records evidence.

  • Standards-cited checklists — NFPA 10, ANSI Z358.1, EC.02.03.05 EPs — versioned and immutable
  • Calibration-free pencil-whipping detection flags suspect rounds automatically
  • Floor-plan routed due queues; full offline execution with honest dual timestamps
  • One-click, date-ranged surveyor PDF; monthly stats freeze on the 1st
  • Live in days: CSV import, auto-pinned floor plans, printable QR labels
  • From $2 per item per year · $3,500 facility minimum · no modules, no implementation fees

Ravens — Self-Reporting Asset Beacons

Battery-powered hardware beacons that attach to assets and autonomously report their location to Forager on a configurable schedule. Ravens extend Forager's coverage to assets that can't wait for the next tech walkthrough — high-movement carts, hard-to-reach storage, high-value equipment that needs continuous tracking.

Ravens never connect to the facility's network. There are no Wi-Fi credentials on the device, no enterprise certificates to provision, and no IT or InfoSec approval required to deploy. A small AC-powered Gateway installed in the drop ceiling handles all cloud connectivity over cellular — independent of your corporate infrastructure.

  • Wakes on schedule, passively scans the RF environment, reports location — then sleeps
  • No network integration required — zero IT involvement to deploy
  • IP67 sealed enclosure rated for hospital cleaning agents
  • Three SKUs: Battery (any environment), AC (powered assets), Medical AC (patient-adjacent)
  • Provisions via NFC tap from an Android phone — no programmer, no cables
  • Extends your existing Forager deployment — same dashboard, same floor plans, no re-survey

Forager Client — Desktop & Endpoint Agent

A lightweight background service that runs on managed enterprise endpoints — workstations, laptops, and other networked devices — and continuously reports their location to Forager without any staff interaction. For IT environments where every managed device already has a software agent, Forager Client adds passive location confirmation to the stack.

  • Deployed via MDM like any other endpoint agent — no user interaction required
  • Reports the device's network-visible RF environment to Forager on a schedule
  • Location determined server-side using the same fingerprint matching as the mobile app
  • Keeps endpoint location records current without field tech visits for stationary assets
  • Same dashboard, same compliance exports — source attributed as "client" vs. manual scan
  • Requires standard IT security review and MDM approval before deployment — same process as any other endpoint agent

Corporate device deployment & security review

Most Forager deployments start on personal (BYOD) devices with zero IT involvement — no VPN, no MDM, no security review required. Two optional deployment paths do require your standard corporate security process:

  • Forager Mobile on corporate-managed devices — when your organization chooses to push the app through MDM rather than BYOD. Goes through the same enterprise app approval process as any other Android app. No unusual permissions or network access.
  • Forager Client (endpoint agent) — runs as a background service on managed workstations and laptops. Requires IT security review and MDM approval, the same as any other endpoint agent in your environment.

Both are optional. BYOD Forager is fully functional and production-ready without either.

All three products share one platform

Whether a location record comes from a tech scanning a barcode, a Raven waking up at 3AM, or a Forager Client running on a managed laptop — it lands in the same database, appears on the same floor plan, and feeds the same compliance reports. The Forager backend treats all three sources as first-class confirmation events. No separate dashboards, no data silos, no integration work between products.
